The best Indian Street food in the metro. Great variety. Easy sharable items. A must try. If you can't make it to the bistro, find their food truck around the city.

This place is pretty great. The kitchen is turning out some exceptional food. Not to be missed! So, the hours are tough. They are closed sometimes when advertised to be open. Please give them some grace. They are clearly working on how to run a successful business. This food though, is unique and delicious. I'm going to make an effort to go out of my way to support this place. I want to see them do well. I want to be able to continue to eat this amazing food!! Please, check them out. It is going to take some effort to make sure they stay in the community. Just look at the pictures. It tastes even better than it looks. The menu is far more complex than just street food. They are underselling themselves a bit, I think. The street food items are killer, but the curries are next level.

Great service for a casual eatery. First time having pani puri and was explained how to eat the snack - they were delicious and crispy! The spicy sauce for them was on the mild side. I have a sweet tooth so the sweet sauce was my favorite. Also had a chicken rice bowl and the meat was very tender with a nice fresh shredded veggie salad on the top. I don't live anywhere near this restaurant but was at the Walker Sculpture Garden Art Fair and the Muddy Tigger food truck was sold out of several items by early afternoon so drove to the actual restaurant.

The BEST Indian restaurant in the Twin Cities. My all time favorite is their Pav Bhaji, so flavorful. I am from India, so well aware of how it should taste and their taste phenomenal . I usually order at least four orders of those and eat it for days. The food are priced just right for the quality you are getting. I had their biryani one time at their truck and it was the BEST. Would be delighted if I see it more often on their menu.

Just ate here yesterday and this place is a little gem! It’s counter service and has about 6/7 tables to sit and eat. It’s South Indian food, so if you’re looking for the typical chicken tikka you won’t find it but what you will find is a variety of South Indian street food that will rock your palate. If you’re vegan / gf / veg or have any other food sensitivities there are sooo many options. I had the Bahaji which was the perfect amount of spice and was really enjoyable. The carrot dessert was really delicious. It was like the inside of a carrot cake but just carrots. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Indian food and looking for something new and also those who have any dietary restrictions.

Been here twice and enjoyed it both times! The frankies really hit the spot for a quick and filling meal, the curry is great for a meal and a half. Plan to make this part of my regular rotation!

I did a lot of research on highly rated places in the cities and this is rightfully rated as high as it is. Delicious and unexpected food, came out really quickly!
